People forget that despite the AP awarding the title to USC at the end of the season, under the current BCS system at the time, the AP poll WAS factored into the final BCS rankings. LSU still came out on top and thus was the true national champion. As if there was any debate... :cheers:...

Does anyone remember the fiasco at the end of this game ? I was 10 and remember it well. There was one second on the clock at home and all we had to do was inbound the ball under our basket, have it touched by a player and we win by one. I know he participated in Senior Night, but he is only a Junior, so he could return and frankly, we need him badly. Our depth at corner of players with game experience without him is basically none, other than Sevyn Banks who barely played this year, but had some PT at Ohio St. I would love to see ...

I remember people on this board in 2018 saying Burrow would only be a 50% passer for his entire career. Fast forward to 2019 and he almost sets a record for highest completion percentage in a season. QBs can make a big jump from their junior to senior years. It's been proven.
