Do you think Ken Jennings knows the answers before reading them?

I’m sure he knows like 95% of them. I know people hate on him sometimes, but I think he’s my favorite champion. And I think he’s a solid replacement for Trebek. I worried about his lisp, but he really does a good job I think.

The Game Show network has been re-running his streak on the original Jeopardy. He really was amazing, but also amazing is how he's transformed himself from an awkward genius into a pretty personable, likeable host of the show. It's almost night and day transformation. Kudos to him for finding his niche.

So they not let him read everything beforehand so he can pronounce everything correct and speak clearly on TV?

I'm showing myself out as I type this, but I think that Ken is just about as good, if not slightly better, than Trebek. Trebek's humor was subtle/dry, which I love, but Jennings is funnier overall, and it feels like he's legitimately excited to host every single show.

Blossom was fricking terrible, and while Ken has improved since the split hosting era, it's ridiculous that it lasted as long as it did.

At the top end of jeopardy contestants, these people are like athletes. They study and train constantly for it. I doubt he is still doing that. He probably knows a lot but not as much as he would if he was still playing.

He won 74 games in a row. I used to tell my guys working to roll up the cords and hoses so we can make Jeopardy. Then we would race home. The only reason he lost when he did was they sandbagged him.

i am sure he goes through them before hand and rehearses so he has things to say and retort, be good host, pronounce correctly etc etc.

now WOULD he have known them without any help or prompting? i bet a large number of them.
