31 teams passed on Shedeur several times, but Cleveland is the bad guy?

Can someone please explain how these sports commentators continue to bang on Cleveland when the other 31 teams gave him the middle finger round after round?
Don't give me he was a first round talent, because if he was, he would have been drafted in the first round.
