The Democratic Party’s credibility with voters has plummeted even further since the 2024 election, raising alarm bells as the party looks to rebuild ahead of the midterms and the next presidential election, according to a poll obtained by The Hill.

The poll, conducted between May and June by Unite the Country, a Democratic super PAC, showed voters perceived the Democratic Party as “out of touch,” “woke” and “weak.”

But but but but but Epstein is going to cause the biggest blue tidal wave in the history of American politics in 2026 because 99% of the country now hates Trump and republicans with a passion!

The party has seen its support erode with white men, Hispanic men and working-class voters across the board, with approval ratings sitting below 35 percent across those demographics. And enthusiasm within the party continues to wane in the wake of 2024, the poll revealed.

Hell yea.

Since then, party officials have conducted a number of postmortems — including polls, focus groups and strategy sessions — as part of the party’s rebuilding effort.

Yea they probably all ended with, well my trans neighbor said zir didnt vote for Kamala because Kamala doesn't use zir pronouns, we need to fix that.

It's truly amazing how in just my lifetime the Democrats have somehow successfully gone from being the party of the typical UAW voter and small town America while constantly crying about the Republicans and Wall Street to the point that now............ the Democrats openly hate every last mother fricker in Middle America while polishing the knobs of the City Slicker crowd. And yet they still try to pretend to scream about Wall Street!

I was led to believe by several Trump “supporters” on this board that Iran and other fringe issues were galvanizing the Democrats and moderates against Trump

The Democrats have quadrupled down on stupid and despite the best efforts of the GOP to frick this up and throw then a lifeline, they just keep going head first into shite. When they have Fetterman as the voice of sanity how can any adult with average intelligence at a minimum vote for that?

Anyone who would claim to be a democrat now is either a TDS lunatic or a moron.

It really depends on what they do. If they continue to push the woke shite and all that, hopefully they are toast.

But if they are smart and revert back to a 2008 type narrative, it would be bad.

Maybe this will be a good opportunity for a 3rd party to get traction. It's assumed the America Party would take votes from republicans, but maybe it could also take in all the former democrats like Rogan etc who are done with any form of the woke version.

That would be something, especially if that 3rd party is basically a copy of the conservative movement that got so much traction over the past few years.

1992-2000 were the best years for fiscal conservative values. If people won't settle, shite might get done again.

Or AOC or Bernie or Gavin or Walz or pretty much any other Dem with name recognition. Shapiro might be their best chance, but the reasons he'd be their best chance are also the reasons he'd lose the primary.

Iran, Ukraine and Epstein have weakened GOP support.

Again, the MAGA blue collar voter block will stay as long as he keeps onshoring jobs.

The non-interventionalist and MAGA purist block dont want crappy wars fought for globalists (Ukraine), Israel (Iran) or to be lied to blatantly about things that are easily shown to be false.

Does that mean they'll vote blue? Probably not yet, but some might stay home in swing districts where without Trump on the ballot to begin with that could be the margin of victory or defeat.

Almost like tailoring your message to fringe groups and unpopular issues is a bad idea.

I hope the Democrats double down on everything. I want every news network to show them daily and let them talk at length about everything they believe in and want. Keep them talking.
