Driving on the shoulder of interstate to get around traffic

I see this a lot on I-12 in Livingston Parish. Usually a squatted truck driver. It’s exceptionally dangerous.

Can we also punish road engineers/planners who create clearly inadequate in length turn lanes and off ramps?

I don't mind, if they are just trying to get to the next exit.
If they come around on the shoulder and try to cut back in, frick them.

I saw a guy run over and kill a guy doing this on I10 in Port Allen. There was an accident on the bridge and all traffic was stopped for the accident I was stopped for over 30 mins. guy in front of us for some reason got out of his vehicle and was it looked to me running to the grass shoulder guess to use the bathroom well he didn't look to see the truck coming down the shoulder and was hit and killed by the truck. Yeah people speeding down the shoulder suck

Was sitting in stop and go wreck traffic on I-12, people kept zooming by on the shoulder and I cursed each of them like a dog.
About 30 mins later, I moved a half mile down and LSP had each of those people pulled off in the grass and he was stroking them tickets. It was kind of nice.

I-75 north just outside Ocala
An 18 wheeler hit an overpass
Right two lanes closed
Flatbed trailer had a piece of equipment that hit it
Overpass had a bunch of exposed rebar and broken concrete. They were picking up crushed concrete from lanes
Must have happened soon before we got there because Waze did not reroute
Was between two exits about 6-7 miles apart

This happens in my town getting off the interstate. On the exit ramp you got a lane to turn left and then a lane to turn right. Some of these canadians like to ride on the shoulder to get around those sitting in the turning right lane. When I see this about to happen I pull over real far into the shoulder to stop them. Of course these canadians want to get butt hurt they can't thug out but you can't ever have anything nice bc of dem.

Had an accident this morning and they pulled in my parking lot. Chick boxed the truck in to keep him on scene. Dude was wearing skinny jeans, they must have cut his circulation off. The officer refused my request to cite him for wearing them.
