Seems like I have seen a few folks speculate he is underrated at 3 stars.

There are two positions that 3 stars can come of the wood work and be under the radar studs in LA probably well above the industry average. That is WR and DB. I never freak out about LSU taking these 3 stars especially from the small class schools. It’s one thing if they have the eyes on them of the 5A schools of NOLA and BR but these good players in corners like haynesville get missed by the services regularly especially when you are dealing with people that just cannot be going to all these camps. It’s lineman and QBs that tend to hit the radar earlier to these services and get noticed even in the remote small towns just due to those kids likely maturing and producing for the team early in their high school careers for these small rosters and becoming more known over that time. WR and DB much easier to come on later in career.

We've also had some PJ Woodlands and seemingly the majority of our secondary the past 2 years that has yielded the worst 2 LSU pass defenses this century.
We all know the difference between a negatiger and a realist. Pumping rainbows up asses and purple/gold shades on is not the way to critique a team. Remaining neutral and unbiased sets up for the best analysis. That goes for anything. Stock investing, career opportunities, workplace problem, house buying, etc.

Nah man, keeping up with recruiting is just a passion of mine. So I kinda scour though a lot of different mediums to get info, I’m not an insider by any sense lol. I do know a guy on the training staff though, he tells me rumblings sometimes.
