The cast also includes William H. Macy, Lee Pace, Emilia Jones, Michael Cera, Daniel Ezra, Jayme Lawson with Colman Domingo and Josh Brolin. Simon Kinberg, Nira Park  and Wright produce the film.

King’s book was previously adapted into the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie of the same name, with Powell saying he’s received Schwarzenegger’s blessing for the new film, connecting with the action star through his son, Patrick Schwarzenegger. “Arnold gave us his full blessing and we get to give Arnold a very specific, fun gift from the movie,” Powell previously said.

I generally like everything Glen Powell does, but man this looks bad.

At least they're sticking to the book and not that awful film version.

So a mix between the book and movie? A little bit disappointed.

Of course, it's a mixed race couple. Why wouldn't it be?

Man I hate that your 1950's perspective on society is keeping your from enjoying a movie. This is a bummer that has really brought down my entire day.

I like the humor, but it looks like it will likely be preachy and heavy handed. The first movie was silly and fun, but got the point across. I like Wright and TRM was one of my favorite Arnold movies. Hope he doesn't "modern" it up.

Ahhh, the ever popular innerracial marriage. I can see why they do this. Isn’t half the country like this?

Edit: poster beat me to it

It will have none of the charm or cheesiness that made the first one great.

Same, but I'm still disappointed that he's doing a remake instead of something original.

Would you rather it star Pedro Pascal?

I am so sick of him being in everything. Hopefully the FF will bomb and he will not be seen as Option 1 anymore.

I think he has to do some rehab after Last Night in Soho bombed so badly.
