I guess he blew all his ammo on pre-trial motions that didn’t work and realized he is cooked. Rather spend life in prison than face the death penalty at trial.

A lot of times they console the families and their wishes as well. Can’t imagine the family having to go through that trial hearing all the actual evidence and how the prosecution would portray the murders. Ugh.
Tough, as I’m assuming they want him to die, but also, a relief it’s over and they don’t have to go through that ordeal.

Yes, he was. Maybe even a Master degree but I’m not entirely sure.
I believe the prevailing theory is that he has upset that he couldn’t get female attention at all and these girls were pretty and popular. Classic incel behavior but with an evil twist.
He thought he could devise the perfect murder because he studied the subject. He was obviously wrong.
