Northwest Arkansas is the best place I’ve ever lived. She seems like an insufferable count.

On top of that, maintenance costs piled up fast.

Within the first few months, I got a flat tire on a back road and had to replace it. Then came the routine upkeep: oil changes, tire rotations

she was only there for 5 months

Bentonville is an upscale suburban area with the largest company on the Fortune 500 headquartered there, and she’s surprised it’s moderately expensive.

Good she won’t spread her dna.

These pieces are almost subtly telling everyone how to be happy with no money.

I had same experience. Thought it would be cheaper moving from large Midwest city. Gas is high, sales tax is over 10% on most things, rent was higher. Still a nice area but not as cheap as u would expect.

She is so full of crap about not bringing her authentic self. That’s BS excuse women use to justify leaving their husbands or boyfriends including cheating on them.

Also what a dumb decision. It wasn’t moving from DC to a suburban city in Virginia. A problem relationship moves from DC to Arkansas where she knew no one, knew very little about it including costs to have and maintain an house and yard, and struggled to find anyone to like her.

For example, a latte at the award-winning coffee shop Onyx costs $7. Of course, there were cheaper options, such as Starbucks or Dunkin', but in general, I found that a decent cup of coffee cost me as much as it did in DC. Finding new friends also wasn't cheap

Something about this statement makes me think they didn’t fit In Arkansas.

Yes you moved to another state without a job and didn't find one when you got there, of course you regret moving.
