I know there have been threads before, but I can’t find them (only one frat level post when I search
)
Looking for a new pair of comfortable/casual boots for simply going out, budget is under $500

Go on Nordstrom Rack app and look at their Chelsea boots via clearance. Can't beat them

Red Wing Iron Rangers
They suck for the first month or two but once they break in they're awesome.

I got high arches - Twisted X is the best boot I've ever worn. Practical, strong and good looking boots

Go to a site like Thursday (wide variety of options) and pick a style or styles you like and post those. Casual boots are pretty open ended and you will get suggestions from Western and loggers to Chelsea and wingtips.

I rotate these… best boots/shoes I’ve ever owned. Have a pair of Alden Indy Boots for special occasions and dinner nights.

Comfortable and casual sends me to a pair of ropers. Tecovas, The Earl
Stetson makes a "Puncher Boot" that I love but ruined them at an LSU game last year because I'm stupid sometimes
Whatever you do, just make sure it's a round toe because the square and snip toes are FUGLY

I have 2 pairs of Grant Stone boots, a pair a natural chromexcel Diesels and a pair of commando soled brown roughout Chelsea’s. I’m happy with the quality of both of them.
