It was a HELL of a day in this scorching heat on O'Neal !!!we picked up 82 contractor bags of garbage, 2 shopping carts a bucket of needles and a mattress and rotten food from under the overpass ! The Grove recovery crew came out and helped us get all this done in 3 hours !!!

All clean until the sun goes down

Baton Rouge’s litter problem is infuriating. God bless Jennifer Richardson and keep Tigertown beautiful. They are truly doing a job that the city will not do.

That place had gotten extremely bad in the last few weeks, to the point where the bums were just laying out on the concrete under the overpass on both sides in the middle of the day.

and what an absolute disgrace that the city/parish does nothing about this. Obviously it wasn't just a SWB problem, "Coach" isn't doing shite to make things better. What an abject failure he is turning out to be.

I'm sure the weed store 200 feet away has nothing to do with it.

What these people did, while admirable will have no effect on the area. Once the cancer of people who have no respect or pride for anything takes over there's no going back without a cultural cleansing of the area and we all know no one cares about he problem than much.

It is quite uplifting to see the residents are working so hard to stay up to date on vaccinations.

God bless.

The best needle exchange too. Bring us your old needles and we'll give you new ones. Not sure if that helps prevent disease or encourages users.

Saw a sheriff truck parked there this morning. Had noticed how bad it had gotten under there the last few weeks.

These people are saints.

Someone in the area needs to stop by and take pictures and post a weekly update.
