Brown
Milam
Larson (not regular lineup, but good enough to be)
Frey
Arrambide (not a regular but notable)

Frey is draft eligible. I’m hoping he comes back, but he probably will get drafted and sign.

Add Brown and Milam.

For pitchers we have Evans, Schmidt, Williams, and Rizy. I think Noot might consider coming back. And we will have Guidry.

On a related note, I heard a rumor that we will set an NIL record by paying Ethan Frey $2M to come back (just made that up).

You sure on Larson? I thought he was eligible, and hope I am wrong.

Draft eligible. And I don't think he'll be back.

Stanfield is the only one that is draft eligible that may come back.

Frey is gone.

Curiel
Milam
Jake Brown

from last night are the ones definitely back. A lot of replace but that is a nice core to build a team around.

Don’t rule out Shores coming back.

It will be interesting to see where he is drafted. He still has leverage being that he’s just a Rs. Soph.

I don’t think he comes back, but if he did and became a successful weekend starter he could be a top 15 pick next year. Right now, he’s probably a 2nd round pick at best.

I think he can have a decent career eventually as a closer. Jmo

Does Frey have a position? Isn’t that what hurt Jones a little?

Jones isn’t the same type of athlete Frey is.

Frey may be gone but personally think another year boosts his stock

What do you think he’s going to do next year to boost his stock?

He more than likely gone. He has been moving up draft boards and will take advantage of his success. Baseball America has him as a 3rd to 4th rd pick. His size and speed have scouts excited.

Play a position
Hit for higher average
Maybe increase HR’s

Seriously?

He’s an athlete, scouts already know this. In an absolute worst case scenario they already know they can put him at first and let him develop there in the minors.

There’s no guarantee he would do this, especially to the point where it would impact his profile.

Yes. You’re also forgetting that he would be a senior.

Many instances where doing this helps draft stock

Can you give a single example of where a college JR returned for his SR year and received a bonus even remotely close to the slot value of where he was picked?
