Someone will try to hype boudin burnt ends next.
Posted on 6/20/25 at 4:02 pm to Gris Gris
Hell yeah I would eat that.

Looks like they need some La’Orange dipping sauce….

I eat a hot dog once or twice a year and that’s the only way I’ll eat them. Nice and burnt.

I
That’s what some in this thread don’t understand. They got their nose in the air.
I never cook hotdogs Besides microwaving or boiling them for the kids.
But grilling a hotdog or on an open fire is great but you must char and burn them. So good.
That’s why I upvoted the OP. He elevated the hot dog. Apparently posters like sixandbaloney don’t understand how to make good food out of mediocre ingredients.

If the next food challenge were to be hotdogs then Baloney’s head would explode

No. He’d break out his industrial sausage maker and pass off home made pork shoulder sausage on a hotdog bun. He’s to refined to buy a 12 pack of franks.

I buy 8 packs of franks.
And yes, for the hot dog challenge, I made hot dogs. It was fun.

Baloney buys eight packs of francs to use to catch catfish, which he then makes catfish ceviche out of

I was thinking we did do this because I made some, but now that I think about it, I think the theme was gas station food.

I definitely blister the skin when I grill dogs.
Pickle relish, onions, yellow mustard with cheddar is the best.
If chilli is involved it has to be homemade.
