No. David Stern small market stupidity.
What Stern did to the Sonics and Seattle is evil. He is burning in hell as we speak. OKC should never be a major pro sports market. They were dead last in NBA attendance two seasons ago.

Seattle should have never lost the Sonics. David Stern was a shite commissioner. He also forced Seattle to try to steal the Sacramento franchise, also dumb and evil.
David Stern is garbage. Worst commissioner in sports history who rode the coattails of Bird, Magic, and Jordan.

I doubt it. They drag this out way too long. The playoffs started two months ago in the middle of April with the play-in games. That’s ridiculous. And three days between games in the Finals? You can’t hold people’s attention in this day and age like that.

Funny to see the excuses before they even play. SGA had more free throws last night when they lost by 20 than he had in game 4 that they won. He had 8 free throws in 3 quarters last night.
Game 4 he had 6 free throws until Pacers started intentionally fouling him with 23 seconds left

I consider myself a casual completely for the nba right now. I haven’t watched a game of this finals and don’t plan on watching game 7

The ratings are down, not as much as NHL ratings were down but still the lowest since 2020.
The NBA made sure the Lakers will be back eventually though with the Luka trade.

You’re kidding me. Adam Silver is the worst NBA commissioner and it’s not even close. The quality of the NBA in all phases has gone down tremendously since he took over.
