Apparently, she was arrested after being told by an officer that she can’t make a turn in the school pick up line and she began to reverse her car in the pick up line

The civil rights lawsuit filed in 2024 stems from the 2021 arrest of Taylor Rogers by the Santa Fe ISD Police Department. Police body camera footage shows Officer Christian Carranzas push Rogers' head into the bed of fire ants while handcuffing her.
“Ants are on my face, ants are getting on my face, please!” Rogers could be heard yelling in the video. “How can y’all do this? Ants are on my face! Please let go!”Rogers couldn't swipe the ants off since she was handcuffed, and she said the officers didn't do it for her. She said her 9-year-old son witnessed the whole thing from the backseat of her car.

I’d bet $1000 without looking into any of this that there is more to the story. The same “parents” do dumb crap constantly all year long in that pick up line. To include but not limited to: blaring loud rap music, giving teachers crap when their kid ran off out the line, cutting line, smoking weed, (billowing out the vehicle), so I’d betcha she was a known offender. They were probably waiting on a great opportunity to throw her in the fire ants. Good chance yall would applaud what happened given all the details
