Seems VERY low. We might be lacking championships, but have tons of cash. Hell, we spent 35M on our crap class of 2023.

These are the official salaries paid by the public entity, the HC salary would show up as like 400k

Those aren’t crazy salaries if you want someone competent and give them what rent cost nowadays.

Walter Juliff is old. He has to be semi-retired. He was a pro scout for decades. I doubt he’s working full time. Probably more of a consulting job.

Derek Miller was fresh out of college when he worked for LSU at the end of the Les Miles era. He’s probably early 30’s.

Allen Gaudet has worked with Miller at a couple of different stops, starting when he was a student at LSU. He might be 30 yo.

The rest are most likely 20-somethings.

These salaries don’t seem crazy low when factoring in their ages.

Based on the salaries I’m seeing in corporate America, this actually seems very low.

As noted above this is just what the public is paying for. There is almost certainly one or more payors who are covering more. College Station alone warrants premiums on pay

Lauren Moore graduated in 2023 with a communications degree, 55k is probably quite good considering that.

These are regular jobs for regular schmucks, seem to be paying about what I’d expect. Coaching salaries have distorted things.

1) college station has a pretty good cost of living compared to a lot of places
2) if you go back to the early 2000s the top coordinators were making like 300k. Things have just gone nuts in the last 20 years. You are correct that it’s crazy what coaches get paid. I think it will come crashing down eventually.

I don't understand what this means. How can Texas A&M hide salaries if they are a public institution?

Didn't know that, thanks. Ohio States operates differently.
