Salmon here too. Miso marinated with soy, sesame oil and a few other things. In a bowl over sushi rice with avocado and sriracha.

Quick and easy breakfast casserole. Cook down the pork sausage, onions and peppers, drain the grease and into the pan. Whisk the eggs, a little milk, a little sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, then pour it into the pan with a little more cheese for a top layer. Cook at 350 for 50 minutes and it came out pretty dang good.

I made two Detroit style pizzas this evening. One with regular thickness pizza dough and one with a thicker crust. They both tasted great but the thicker crust tasted better.
This one was the thicker crust.

Leftover Father’s Day special: sausage and shrimp omelette with fried potatoes. Pretty damn good. Unfortunately, we are all the homemade camellia ice cream last night of I’d dang sure be having a bowl tonight.
