Working theory: Poch didn’t want players in camp who couldn’t stay the whole time. That was the issue with Pulisic who said he only wanted to play in friendlies and Poch said no, it’s either all or nothing.

It's not a theory, he said it on record. Told Pulisic he doesn't get to pick and choose when he wants to participate.

No problem with it either. It sucks. Our best guys need as many games together as possible. Those games against Turkiye and Swiss are exactly what we needed. They had A squad and played hard. We wasted that.

Freeman and Arfsten are going to get their asses beat, I don't get it. Is freese the best we have? And agyemang? Potential, but not there yet. Not sure if there's any more upside to his upside.

This isn't a "working theory" it's fact. Pulisic stated this on the Call it what you want" podcast with Conrad, Davies and Meola. Poch also stated prior to the last window that that window would be his only chance to see Reyna. Poch wanted to use this window to prep for the Gold Cup not the World Cup. Very Very short sighted.

Yeah dude, Sargent hasn’t been scoring for the national team. He looked good at the World Cup before he got injured, but didn’t scored, hit post, same story lately with USMNT. I’d still give him minutes of any of these guys any day.
