I go between them. Never stop. If you go between them, you can't be accused of not trying avoid a collision.
There's plenty of video footage from recent years that protesters can and will assault drivers and regular non-protesting pedestrians. Claim self defense and you are trying to prevent a dangerous encounter.
Also, always be decisive. They're in an area where pedestrians aren't supposed to be. Keep a good lawyer on speed dial. You'll always win.

I'm in Oklahoma where Governor Kevin Stitt helped pass laws defending drivers if they feel threatened and choose to plow through crowds of idiots.
And I have a dash cam to cover my bases if ever I do need to plow through a crowd of idiots. If they somehow get me stopped anyway, I carry two pistols and 54 rounds at all times. I suspect after the first three or four get aerated, the rest will abruptly disengage and flee.
Therefore, I'm rolling along without touching my brakes, and turning that idiot into road jerky. These people aren't trying to make a statement or "be visible". They're deliberately being an annoyance and disruptive.

We should be able to run over any fools playing in the road and blocking traffic, and we shouldn't have to worry about pesky laws and such. frick em......get out of the road, assholes!
