What's the latest on the manhunt? They should put a dead or alive bounty on him and let the public find this POS! Supposedly he is a survivalist that can live in the mountains . May be a hard find.

He's probably already killed himself. That's how these things usually end.

I knew a guy who was a bounty hunter. Crazy stories. He died young.

Nah, it won't be long till they find his body. I'm an avid hiker/backpacker and it's alot harder to survive in the wilderness alone with no resources than most of these wanna be survivalist/preppers realize especially in the summer. Hyponatremia will kick in soon and once that happens your basically a zombie incapable of any rational thought and you walk in circles until your body gives out. Happened to me in 2014 on the CDT trail. Only here today because of another hiking group that found me and force fed me electrolytes untill the rescue teams arrived.

It hits me so much harder now that I have a little girl of my own when I read about these demon parents that abuse or kill their babies/children. I can’t fathom doing something like that

I never want to go a day without letting my baby girl know that I love her more than anything and would die for her in a heartbeat.

Would be too kind for someone who murders a child.

No. They think he's well-trained and experienced. He stashed his survival gear, food stores, etc.

He's ex-military and probably well armed.

The dude's gone Rambo and it's gonna take many, potentially deadly months to get his sick twisted arse...

Agreed, but to quote Jigsaw "Lets play a game" when I was planning my hikes I grossly underestimated my sodium requirements on the trail and my guess is he did too. It's very common and why, sadly, the news reports day hikers missing and found dead on the trail like the father and daughter that are in the news today. I bet his life on the run in the mountains will end in one week.

How do these bail bondsman afford bail? Some of these characters in Bail Bonds don't seem like they have $200,000 lying around to bail some rando out.

As someone who knows the outdoors, you should know one week in the summer is not difficult at all. Throw in some resources you’ve stashed for yourself and you could live for months. He isn’t hiking and doing recreational activities.

This guy is an experienced survivalist and you are sitting here saying he is going to not get enough salt and die in a week. All because one time 10 years ago, you went back backpacking and didn’t have enough sodium in your diet then. Is that your argument here?

I knew a guy who was way too small and not aggressive enough, who had a brief and painful career as a bounty hunter.

Yeah 3 years ago I would have been upset when I read what he did.

Today, I’m irrationally angry. I can’t imagine doing that to my little ones. I also didn’t realize how much of this was going on. I guess I just notice these child abuse/murder headlines much more now.

Except this guy spends 2/3 months at a time living in the woods and has stashed gear. He doesn’t exactly fall into the wanna be and no recourse category.

They’re backed by insurance companies

Which he could’ve done on his own without killing his kids. What a fricker.

I think he's a native. There are people in the area who would help hide him.

Weird downvote.
Ok, they’re backed by sureties to be exact.
