I would demand to know the kid's name and find the parent/s
I would hunt the kid down and shoot both his knees and both his ankles so he has a hard time ever walking again. Then do the same to mom or dad.

I know that neighborhood well. There used to be a great mall there. Lakewood is a working class Hispanic town. At least it was when we lived in L.A. I can’t tell from the video. Is the perp black or Hispanic? Because that’s out in East LA. Not a lot of black families live there
