So does Israel have any plans to end this without turning Gaza into a parking lot?

HAMAS ( or groups like them) isn’t going anywhere, and this war has created an entire generation in Gaza that’s going to Israel more than their parents, which I didn’t even imagine was possible.
I don’t think you’ll see a bunch of young people, whether HAMAS is to blame or not, happy to give up arms or throw support to the country who dropped a bomb on their apartment. So what is ACTUALLY the end goal here?

Well, I know Israel is not blameless in the entirety of this saga but they have offered to end this multiple times and made genuine concessions, only to have them thrown back in their face over and over...
So, it has come to this and if Israel decides they are turning Gaza into a parking lot, so be it... They need to plan to do it on their own, which is seems they are doing...

No, Netanyahu needs the conflict to maintain power. The plan is to ethnically cleanse Gaza and resettle them somewhere across the globe (likely Indonesia). If Israel gets away with it, look forward to them doing the same to the west bankers before too long.
