Came out middle of COVID, no one really talks about it but it has a good story about finding your family.

First time we had watched it in a while.

One of the better newer PIXAR films IMO.

Definitely a good one. My girls (8 and 5) really like it. My dad also died last year and my brother and I can relate to the kids in the movie, so I don't know if I'll be able to watch it again.

I enjoyed it a lot. We watched it early in the pandemic - I think it was the first thing we watched on the Roku

One of those Disney movies that lowkey breaks me every time I see it. I am haunted by the idea of dying early and not seeing my kids grow up (I’d wager that’s an extremely common fear but still). Same way that Up makes me confront the fact that my wife or I are most likely going to have to live without the other some day, Onward makes me confront how little time I have to teach my kids and leave a positive impression on their lives.

It is a great movie. I really hate that it got overshadowed because of COVID.

Agreed.

I think it premiered March 6, literally when the shutdowns started to happen.

I have an older brother and it was hitting hard. and overall it’s a fun cute movie

Underrated for sure. The emotional beats hit hard, the ending is phenomenal, and the bridge scene on a big screen is a legit thrill. Between this one and Soul I thought this one was better (though Soul is good too).

Big fan of it. It taps an underrated market of fathers and sons.

Covid ruined a solid Pixar film. I may say it’s their last one I really loved.

Was a really good movie that was literally blacklisted because one of the cops was a lesbian and it wasn’t even anything.

But a bunch of people lost their minds and black listed the movie.
