Who Dumped All the Ducks Off at Mom's Bar Hwy42 in Prairieville? Dead Ducks All Over

I've never been to Mom's Bar in Prairieville.
But if someone put a gun to my head and said, "Quick, describe Mom's bar located on Hwy42 in Prairieville, or your dead"...
Looking at that photo... Mud puddle, dead and live ducks, ratchet-arse sign... I honestly think I would survive the ordeal.
