Has to be over 20 years since we haven’t had a prime time game.

Dark days ahead.

It’s understandable that we’re not on prime time. If you’re not from here there’s really no reason to tune into the Saints until they begin winning

Surprised that the NFL doesn't play up the Falcons/Saints rivalry. They are missing out on one of the best.

Last time we didn't have a primetime game we won our first ever playoff game. So there's that

if you want to look at it that way, then sure. or you could look at it as the first time in 20 years we are rebuilding and how exciting it is going to be to finally be in a new era.

personally am more excited for this season than any others in the last 3 years and am pumped to see KM's influence on the team, the QB battle, and growth of the team/coach over the season. expecting to win the division or playoffs is silly. expecting there to be tangible growth and watching it play out over the season is realistic and intersting

They aren’t impressed with our last two performances on prime time football. Televisions were turned off by halftime.

From a season ticket holder, not me

People making a big deal about the Saints having no primetime games. I absolutely love it. As a season ticket holder, here's what that means. I get home at a decent hour from every game. With most of the home games starting at noon, i can go to the game, get home by about 5 and catch a lot of the 2nd of the 3 p.m. games and the Sunday night game. With 3 p.m. games, i can sleep in, then listen to football going to the game and on the ride home. Also, no regular season game will interfere with work. I love it. I absolutely love it.

I’m also a season ticket holder, and have been for many years. Prime time games are the best. Theres a different aura around the city and dome before the games. People get way more excited. And I usually hit the nudie bars after the game on bourbon after hours of drinking. Usually don’t drink much on Sunday noon games.

Remember Ian Book and when he started? I feel like this entire season, every game, is going to be like an Ian Book start

What a loser mentality. “I’m glad my team is irrelevant, so I can’t get to bed on time”

Good omen - 2000 was a great season for the Saints

Came out of nowhere. No coach. New QB. Started 1-3, to 10-6 and first playoff win.

what makes me nervous Shough is he only played in more than seven games in one season.

Yes, a lot of time in college but not a huge game reps like you'd think.

Not saying Rattler is the guy but he was playing behind a patchwork O-line (especially up the middle) and lost firepower by the week at the skill position each time he was the starter.

He won't have that rookie workload transition this year and he's been working all offseason knowing what he needs to improve on.

I know Shough was a 2nd round pick but if I'm Rattler I'd feel like this is my job and you are going to have to take it.
