I think Suits LA was just starting to get better but I also don’t really care that it’s not coming back. Even Gabriel Macht looked bored in his return. It just didn’t have the same likable characters OG Suits had.

And here I am not even knowing that was a TV show. Haven't watched much network stuff in ages.

Max has canceled Bookie after 2 seasons. Imho, Bookie was the funniest show on TV.

Oh thank God. That show was an abomination. I loved the original and so wanted this to be a good show.

Should have had some nudity.
Make it a serious courtroom drama with that girls tits.
What’s her name?
Chesty LaRue or something.
I know the rules.

The writers just did not have it. Could have been better.

I think the last network showed I actually watched was Community but for awhile I still had heard of most shows, we have now transitioned to a period where most shows that get cancelled i never even knew they existed.

It's amazing how just a few decades ago all the most culturally relevant shows were on networks and now there are absolutely none. I think Modern Family was the last network show that sorta had any broad appeal that peoples actually watched and talked about. That was like 10-15 years ago.

I see no renaissance either. I don't see any way things evolve in such a way where network TV suddenly becomes a thing again.

Is this show any good? I remember the first time I saw an ad for it and it just seemed like a really stupid premise and the lead character came off as insufferable in the previews.

Suits LA

What brought Suits to the table was Mike's instant recall and understanding of what he read without ever having really taken law classes, Harvey's mentoring of him and the walking the line of keeping people from finding out. Mike's desire to use his talents to do some legitimate good gave him a strong underdog role while Harvey introduced him to the real world of law.

It's not a coincidence that the show ended two seasons after he and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex left.

Maybe this means we'll finally get a closing season for Heels?

John Laroquette will always be Dan Fielding to me, but a Dan that's more of a mentor and not a constant horndog isn't a Dan Fielding who's fun to watch. That's just an example of how far off the mark the writing was for the show. I tried watching a couple of episodes and got -at most- a near-chuckle once or twice.
