Really Sunday night.

Should I eat it?

It smells okay.

Serious answers only

Update - It's in the can

I eat stuff like that all the time. Be prepared every few years to be on deaths door from food poisoning for a few days after.
But in my book a big green light if it smells fine

Best case: it's fine and tastes good

Worst case: it's not fine and you start an involuntary cleanse

I've had food poisoning enough times that I have hard rules for things like chicken.

3 days and gtfo.

If its something that can be reheated to real hot I might push that out another day.

You would almost certainly be fine.

However, ive learned the hard way its really not worth risking it lol

Not much worse than food poisoning lol

It always baffles me how people still get so freaked out about this. Expiration dates exist mainly for quality and legal liability. If it's been in the fridge this whole time, not changing colors, and smells ok then it's fine. We aren't on the frontier anymore.

I would eat it if it doesn’t smell. Worse that happens is a little food poisoning and you drop a few pounds puking your guts out.

It’s most likely fine. But if you ever food poisoning once, you won’t chance it again
