Do we know yet where Banks will play and how it will affect the rest of the line?

No, but we will find out where they start him out at in minicamp.

Itll be interesting to see what we do with our 3 first round tackles and 2 first round centers. McCoy was close enough to a 1st round pick so I rounded up.

We have a lot of versatility so I image Moore will flip flop them around a lot until he figures it out.

I think most of us would all agree the below lineup makes the most sense:
Banks/Penning/McCoy/Ruiz/Fuaga

I'm pretty sure Kellen Moore has said that they will play the best 5 on the Oline so that says every position is pretty much up for grabs.

My bet would be

LT - Banks Jr
LG - Radunz
C - McCoy
RG - Ruiz
RT - Fuaga

or

LT - Fuaga
LG - Radunz
C - McCoy
RG - Ruiz
RT - Banks Jr

He will either be plugged in at LT or RT.

Have to be honest here. It would be pretty disappointing your decorated LT in Banks isn’t your day 1 starter at LT. You select him at 9 and pass on really good defensive players and you aren’t sure where he’s playing? I’m hoping it’s coach talk and the best 5 should start but, I’d find it mind blowing if it wasnt Banks, Penning/etc, McCoy, Ruiz, Fuaga.

If he's not LT it's because the determined he couldn't handle the job before the season starts.

It would be another debacle in a long list of draft debacles.

Fuaga played 1,564 college snaps at RT and had zero snaps elsewhere

Banks played 2,774 college snaps at LT and had zero snaps elsewhere

Seems like an easy call as far as what to do with your tackles

not when your 5th best olineman played RT last year and seemed to make pretty decent strides. I'm not confident in how Penning can transition to LG.

5th best olineman, also known as your worst olineman. He doesn’t have to transition anywhere besides backup, in the name of “get your 5 best OL on the field”

I wasn’t really wanting to select a tackle this year as i wanted to see if Penning could continue to progress. The truth is Pennings fate was decided when they took Banks. If penning can’t play LG then he’s a swing tackle and depth piece. You could also seen him included in a trade for a wr i would assume. They obviously dont see much in him considering their actions

Penning at RG makes more sense to me. Most teams are right handed running teams and that's Penning's strength, run blocking.

and ruiz makes more sense at C and thus moving McCoy to LG and then we have 5 newly located starters on the o line.

I'm not sure he does transition to guard at all.

If he does he will not be one of the two best guard on this roster day one, and as much progress as he has made he is no longer one of the top two tackles on this team any more.

There is no indication that he can play center much less be the top center for the line.

Penning is not going to start for this team on the Oline on 2025 outside of injury.

There is no reason to think CKM was lying when he said the best 5 o linement will be starting for this team.

Penning at RT might still be better than Radunz at LG. That's the general question to have in mind.

Penning played some guard in college, the concept is not absolutely foreign to him. Given the capital we gave up to draft Penning, the Saints were obligated to make him work at tackle. Now that his option wasn’t picked up and there is no long term commitment to him, it would make sense to try something that could better suit him given that he was one of the worst starting tackles in football

He'll take over that TE eligible position from Stinch

its also been said by lots of people, fuaga can play anywhere. He could probably plug n play nicely at LG if Banks looks to be the better LT of the 2 early on.
