White Smoke! We have a new Pope on the 4th vote
Day 2: will hold mass in the morning followed by 2 votes and then another 2 in the afternoon hours.
They will signal a new pope with white smoke if 2/3rds of the 133 is reached, otherwise, they will only put black some on the ballots after 2nd vote in the morning and final evening vote of the day
Need 2/3 of the votes to be elected Pope. Vote is done in secrecy.
Longest conclave lasted almost 3 years
Shortest was 1 vote

I wish people cared as much about the Gospels and our Risen Christ as they do about the Papal Conclave and colored smoke.

Wonder if Dominion counts the votes?

Seems like there should be a separate forum for this?

We need one of the Cardinals to be a leaker for some updates

It's interesting to me, watching the cardinals focused in prayer, then you see one looking up at the ceiling trying to experience the moment. I assume they're taking in the scene while still focusing on prayer. The Sistine Chapel is amazing.

If I remember correctly that was the one where they set the bishops up with food and wine and servants and massages and "company of their choice". The whole deal was so nice that they never wanted to leave. So they just stayed indefinitely.
After that they started locking them into the Chapel with cots and sandwiches until they came out with a pope

Assume they're saying you need 2/3 of the voting cardinals to elect
And the shortest conclave required only one balloting

The shortest conclave time period was the first vote they took.
The 130 something Cardinals vote in secrecy and takes 2/3s of the votes for the same person to be elected Pope

Hopefully they vote for a Pope John Paul II hologram

Definitely could’ve been something like that, but I believe it was during a time of world turmoil and wars and stuff, so they could never agree on a Pope

I predict we get white smoke Mon. May 12th but May 13 would be prophetic.
