Less than 48 hours after the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft, Beane was already hearing negative responses to the class he and the Bills front office had just constructed. Even worse, he had to listen to it while waiting to be brought on for an appearance on a Buffalo radio show. And he didn't hide his displeasure.

"Well, you guys were bitching in 2018 about Josh Allen, you guys wanted Josh Rosen, and now you guys are bitching that we don't have a receiver," Beane elaborated. "I don't get it. ... We just scored 30 points in a row for eight straight games. A year ago, I get you guys asking why we didn't have receivers, but I don't understand it now. "You just saw us lead the league in points, when you add all the postseason, no one scored more points than the Buffalo Bills, including the Super Bowl champions. So, you just saw us do it without Stefon Diggs, same group. How is this group not better than last year's group? Our job is to score points and win games. Where do we need to get better? Defense. We did that. So, I get it, you got to have a show, and you got to have something to bitch about, but bitching about wide receiver is one of the dumbest arguments I've heard."

The Bills needed to get bigger and tougher along the lines and get some desparately needed econdary help. They did that with abundance.

They essentially spent every pick on the lines and DBs.

That’s as deserved a roast as you’ll see. Dude has absolutely cooked as GM. They arguably also have the widest window in the AFC

Not too smart to bite the hand that feeds. Im sure he will learn his lesson the hard way when the fans, WHO PAY HIS PAYCHECK, stop donating as much money. Want to win the fans over? How about do your job and win the superbowl and draft better players! But of course mr hot shot milionare wont understand!

They need a better training staff. Their entire defense seemingly gets injured before the playoffs starts.

This is even more dumb than the opinion about WRs that he roasted.

Bills are winning games, have a star QB, great coach, and now they know the GM is a badass. How dies any of this not "win the fans over?"

And Beane did an excellent job IMO. Probably one of his better draft classes in years. They lose every year because the defense isn't good enough. Dude spent his first 5 draft picks on defense. He's done with these defensive failures in the post season and I applaud it. Good for him.

He’s a great GM, but he does suck at bringing in WRs.

Radio guys are right about that Bills always have the worst WR room in the league.

He addressed this in this audio. He has superman at QB. Points scored seem to be just fine, why would he prioritize that?

Would be great to see the Bills finally get over the hump and get back to the SB.

Most common sense answer ever

With Josh Allen you have auto top scoring offense. Adding WRs is asinine. This isn’t a kids video game like the bengals are running

Somebody posted the reaction videos from past drafts and the Bills fans booing the Josh Allen pick and the Chiefs fans booing Mahomes were pretty hilarious
