Brilliant. Employers will fast track to automated kiosks and robotic systems preparing the food.

once "minimum wage" is raised to something above what the majority of people make won't that basically be UBI?

God bless black women.

Although. I had no idea that the current minimum wage was just $7.25. I thought it was close to $10 right now.

PS -Who's going to tell her that businesses shut their door when they can't make a profit?

Well, the positives for this are the robot's won't throw down with the patrons and they won't spit on the fast food

No. You have to have a job to get minimum wage

UBI just shows up in your mailbox.

And just like that every single small business and franchise in Oakland disappeared overnight.

Lmao. That would just lead to record setting unemployment. Even manufacturers will start going even more automated than they already are.

Inflation these last few years has sucked. Idk how to fix it. I just know that government trying to impose their will on businesses will only make matters worse. If anything, maybe start removing a lot of red tape at the state level.. and at the federal level, and let things play out from there..

I've always said they should raise it to $100 an hour and watch and learn how an economy actually works

UBI is guaranteed income regardless of your contribution or the lack thereof.

A MW hike just causes inflation.
