do we think the Dems would still go with the accused rapist strategy or try a different tactic??. I'll admit that a 30 or 40 year old rape accusation with no way to substantiate seems to give the ladies on The View something to talk about for months. Facebook will make a profile frame with a hashtag of the accuser's name that half my high school friends will use.

In all sincerity, do any common sense Democrats start to think its a really weird coincidence when every Republican nominee for anything is an alleged rapist?

Nah by then they'll all have the Chinese flag on their profile pictures.

A male with a conservative jurisprudence and ideology, advocating textualism in statutory interpretation and originalism in constitutional interpretation. Preferably one NOT from an Ivy League School of Law.

should be no IF, Trump needs to replace Roberts, Alito, and Thomas. Can't risk them going into another POTUS and risk the court flipping back

Has anyone ever made it to SCOTUS with first having served on a lower bench? I know he was the Solicitor General for Texas.

Absolutely! I'm tired of conservatives getting shafted by so called 'great' picks like ACB. I'll risk the replacement of Cruz in the Senate. The country is more important. Right now, I'd take Judge Jeanine Pirro because I know 'what' she stands for.

I prefer Mike Lee to Cruz, but I don't think either are likely.

James Ho 5th Cir Court of Appeal would be my choice.

more than you’d think actually.

honestly, being a SCOTUS Justice is so different than being a district court level judge. Appellate level would help.
