While I do enjoy other posters who find something to be mad about every day. This one just touched a nerve.
What the frick are we doing? Dollars to donuts this welfare queen doesn't work yet she is eating freaking wing stop on our dime. All because of some bullshite, make them feel good/dignity crap.
Sometimes we have too much freedom.

If you use food stamps for a restaurant you should have to fist fight a willing tax payer at least once a month.

I learned about this recently as well. Toup’s Meatery in New Orleans was providing meals to low income people. They received a lot of praise from the community. Turns out it was a Federal Grant that was funding it. They never mentioned that on their social media posts. They were probably turning a profit on the whole endeavor.

There must be a lot of different levels of food stamps. I was right behind a raggedly looking old woman at checkout this week who had a bill for about $25. She pulled out a card and it only had about $10 left on it. When informed of this she dug deeper and found another card of a different color and tried it. It had about $5 on it. She desperately dug deeper and found a third card of another color and it had $6 so it covered the bill. I don't know how many were federal and how many are state.

I tried to tell you guys about this a couple of years ago.
Interesting how a 'certain' clientele is able to swamp some restaurants around here until I found out about how it is done. Easy when they're not paying for it.
PS - And stay away from any of the common Buffet establishments.

I’m telling you. Within 5 years food stamp recipients will have their food delivered to their front door for free (or via the taxpayer). And it’ll be UberEats and DoorDash going along with it.

Using food stamps to buy any food not on the outside walls of a grocery store should be a crime.
Vegetables, meats, dairy, flour etc. Nothing packaged should be eligible. No drinks or desserts.

It's already happening. Door Dash takes SNAP/EBT.
I don't want people to starve. But stuff like this is ridiculous and way more expensive. I wish we had a work requirement for government assistance. 90% those boys will have baby mommas on welfare too.
