"CHINA'S "PRACTICE INVASION" OF TAIWAN SURGES 300%

China's military isn't just drilling anymore—they're conducting full "rehearsals" around Taiwan while America's Pacific commander admits Beijing's aggression has tripled against a backdrop of fading US capabilities.

As Chinese factories churn out fighters, missiles and warships at rates America can't match, Pentagon experts are sounding alarms about the shifting military balance that threatens Taiwan's future.

Beijing's actions signal not just intimidation but preparation—forcing a rethink of Pacific defense posture.

They can’t do it for at least another decade. This is just MIC fear porn to manufacture consent to handing the contractors more money.

Considering most of what is produced in China… can those ships even float?

It takes a long time to build up. If you think they are a decade out the time is to build up now, not 10 years from now

China had long pegged 2027 as the year they wanted to be ready by - I could see them making a move around the time of the 2028 election

If China tries to invade Taiwan, it's the end of China as we know it. The U.S., Japan, and ASEAN will close Malacca and they'll starve in the dark in under a year.

This site explains in detail how the invasion of Taiwan would be a nightmare for China. There are very good reason why they haven't attempted it before.

And why would we care? We thankfully have a president that won't drag us into these conflicts.

They could do tomorrow if they wanted to. They have no concerns on losses of life but regaining that island is tantamount to telling the world that they are not failing. In the middle of this tariff situation they could quell any internal crisis with the unification of folding Taiwan back into the country.

The military aspect aside, China is screwed by geography. They have to import 75% of their energy and agricultural inputs, mostly by ship, and a vast majority of them through the Strait of Malacca, which is only 1.5 miles across. Further, from Japan to Indonesia, they're bottled up by the First Island Chain. Choking them off from food, energy, and foreign markets for their goods would be child's play. The only quasi friend that they have for support is Russia, but they lack the surpluses to feed and fuel 1.3 billion people, and with only 2 rail lines going to the Far East, they don't have the transportation infrastructure to get the goods there even if they did.

If China remotely felt like they could accomplish their goal of taking Taiwan, they would have done it without delay.

They know it is a flawed and politically risky move, and they are unable to navigate the variables to ensure a clean and decisive win.

This is akin to any animal displaying their physical attributes in hopes of avoiding confrontation and making an easy escape.

They could try. But they would fail miserably. Taiwan has been preparing for this longer than China has.
