The fact that Attack Attack! are still around is an indictment America.
I guess there are a lot of crabs in the water.

I love that Body Count is still around. Detective Finn, I mean, Ice-T is still going strong at 67.

These festivals are ridiculous - so many of the big/good bands
...but over 4 days that is a lot. It just ends up being too much IMO. Plus the sets for all but the headliners end up being short.
No thanks on camping out with those folks, so you're left spending hours in traffic back and forth between hotels and the venue. Plus the tickets get very pricey and any amenities at the show are minimal.
Guess I'm not cut out for the rock/metal festival life anymore.

For those who don't know "The Pretty Wild"

I'll be there Sunday, but I'm over 50. Korn always puts on a great show.

There are people pumped about DMB and Pearl Jam at Jazzfest. Gotta give Grandpa something to do, I guess.

I was so hoping to go to this being an hour away but I have to fly back to Louisiana that weekend :(

Lots of bands on Thursday I wouldn't mind seeing.

Nostalgia acts, and Chevelle?
Korn still kills it live, Manson is the healthiest he's been maybe ever. And Chevelle are always great live. Sunday main stage is by far the best night.

It is obviously subjective, but i would put Sunday as the third biggest main stage
Shinedown and Halestorm are probably 2 of the most popular rock bands going right now
Linkin Park has a new singer, and are huge right now, with Beartooth and Sleep Theory? Add Incubus for nostalgia
Then you get to night 4 with nostalgia acts, and admittedly badass Chevelle. Korn and Manson haven't been relevant in a looooong time
Sunday main stage is still better than any day at Jazz Fest
