Driving back home from the Home Depot off the Evangeline Thruway, I’m stopped at the red light and there’s a drug zombie hanging out in the grass median. Black dude in a black hoodie (of course, what else would they be wearing) and sweatpants standing like a statue, bent over at the waist and arms hanging down. Absolutely still for a couple minutes.

I drove off but called 911 and reported it and I told her, “I’ve only seen videos of this in large cities, and the last thing we need is this shite spreading here.” She says, “I’ll send a unit and an ambulance.”

Looked just like this. fricking homeless and druggies, I’m ready to exterminate them all.

I read somewhere that a study was done in Lafayette or Baton Rouge about a specific homeless person. It was related to the costs to respond, hospitalization, police calls, vandalism, and everything associated. It costs something like $3 million in one year to handle a single homeless person. Crazy stuff.

And Tranq is not affected by narcan.

Xylazine is a horse tranquilizer.

We have a lot of federal land. They should be sent there, they can live rent free. They can either build it, or not... Only the strong survive. Thats how the UK built Australia

Those guys have better balance than Simone Biles. I'm convinced they could do that on a balance beam without falling.

Narcan has destroyed more in the community than helped. Let the leeches die who revives a parasite

At some point we’re gonna have to revert back to a survival of the fittest mentality. We can’t afford not to.

Outlaw vagrancy like other countries do and the homeless problem goes away. Spending more money and throwing it their way has not worked and isn’t the way. It’s a choice they make.

Yeah, Evangeline Thruway is starting to look like skid row. Meanwhile our soft hearted mayor president is proudly boasting about the University sidewalk beautification project because our gateway entrances to our city are so important.

They have a few bums living on that empty lot 4-5 blocks on the right when you get into town. It’s silly that the city allows them to harrass people for money basically all day long.
