WASHINGTON, April 2 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump's approval rating fell to 43%, the lowest since his return to office, as Americans soured on his tariff moves and his administration's handling of information about a military strike in Yemen, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found.

The three-day poll, which closed on Wednesday, showed approval of Trump's performance as president down 2 percentage points from a poll conducted March 21-23 and 4 points below the 47% approval he had shortly after taking office on January 20.

Neat. Don’t care. He’s in his second term so it’s irrelevant

Trump approval falls to 43% as some fall for more dim lies.

This is the better more accurate title.

He'll never get reelected with those numbers. Good or bad, Trump isn't running his second term to score brownie points or cater to specific political subgroups.

Perfect response.

Also, I love how they would go 10 days between getting a reliably poll on Kamala [didn't work] but now they can give us split-second polls on Trump.

Its probably relevant to JD Vance.

But approval ratings should not stop you from doing what you believe is right.

It's comical that you actually believe that. Vance's chances in 2028 are directly tied to Trump's approval rating. If Trump's approval rating is in the toilet in 2028, the Democrats will win. Maybe you'd like that.
