As an OSU fan I don't think we ever win recruitments in the middle of LA that LSU wants.
It is pretty similar to Ohio in that OSU wins almost every one they want to win

Honestly I'm not sure I get excited when they are actually on campus as a Freshman

Don’t give a damn. Throw a a bag at this kid you cannot lose an elite player in a position of need in your own damn backyard. Lotta time till signing day show some development with the safeties, come with a strong NIL offer and get this kid to stay home. Absolutely cannot afford to lose this kid commitments this early don’t mean a damn thing still plenty of time to turn this around

I don't think we do.
Cooley was a really good, top 200 player add at safety
Aiden Hall is a top 5 player at safety
Purter is a solid 4 star
We did whiff on some safety transfers but also landed Foucha & Brooks
Jhase Thomas is a solid 4 star ON300 player at safety.
It's not as bad as y'all think.
