And then some Indian guy at Total Wine spends 19,000 in front of me.

19000 rupees is only 222 dollars

Indians love to impress. Their weddings are awesome.

Well if you were in north DFW it would have been 19,000 Indians.

don’t feel bad, all 300 of that family that lives under the same roof chipped in, only thing to feel pissed about is they’re paying cash from all of their dry cleaners money that they don’t pay taxes on

You may not have 19k to spend on liquor but people probably don't think your smell bad. So you have that going for you over him.

Only 28% of people in the USA have a college degree... Well that explains a lot

What do they determine a “household” for the Indian Americans?

He's got a point on #3, only the smart Indians are allowed to leave to come here and get H1B's or eventually citizenship in the US, India is a very shitty country in part because their best and brightest leave as soon as possible.
If you take the top 5% of intelligence from any country, and transplant them to the US, that "ethnic group" is going to do very well, particularly at the expense of the general population of native born Americans which represent the entire strata of the Bell curve.

I may have to disagree. The top 5% in some countries still don’t have enough intelligence to get out

I was trying to be nice and keep it short and sweet, but you aren't wrong.
