Do the workers get a bonus for selling you on their crappy deal? Every time I go they aggressively try to sell you on buying a membership and no matter how many times you tell them you’re not interested they keep speaking. I just want my damn car wash man. Not to mention, they keep raising the prices to coerce you into buying the membership. I’m about to stop getting my car washed there because I’m tired of being talked down to like I’m a retard by the employees for not buying the membership.

Some of us just want to wash our car once every 2 years like a normal person.

My car is pretty much all green thanks to the pollen that’s fallen on it past few weeks. Really hoping the rain comes today to wash it off so I don’t have to put forth any effort.

It’s nuts. I have to hear that nonsense 3 times a week. Look buddy, I get it, you have a job to do but just let me go already.

I got downvoted to hell on here a year or so ago when I bitched about the people that stand at the terminal just to sell you memberships and I have no idea why. I avoid Benny's now because I don't want to have to sit through a timeshare presentation every time I want to get my vehicle cleaned. It's obnoxious, not everything needs to be a damn subscription.

I am diligent in my car cleanliness. I religiously wash it once a year, whether it needs it or not.

Avoiding a place because you cant just say no thank you and move on is psychotic. Do we all not try to make a sale for the companies we work for one way or another?

When I pull up to a carwash, I'm already buying something. No need to try and force another sale down my throat. I guess it's "psychotic" to just want to make a purchase without getting harangued for an upsell.

Membership is a pretty good deal.
Benny's putting their members' price on their signage like it's their current regular price is a huge bait and switch.
