Did you owe? Refund? Used to be my favorite time of the year since I normally get refund but this time I owed big and it was stressful.

I had to file an extension. Going to pay what I owe now for my regular taxes and see what happens once I get my K1.

Should know what I owe in the next week or so for regular taxes then wait for K1 this summer.

If you can do your taxes without an extension and get a refund, you’re poor

I just wrote my 5-figure check out to our federal & state government. I love seeing all the things my tax money is used for!

Why do you care what random usernames on a website got? Some people will say they got a refund and some will say they owed and that'll be the thread

If you get excited about a refund, then you are giving the Government too much money through out the year.

Were you getting estimated withholding advice from the geniuses around the water cooler in your office?

Taxed on everything we do. What we earn, what we win, what we own, what we buy, what we sell, what we use, when we die the list goes on. This absurdness is not much different from why this country broke away from Britain. Our tax money is so rarely used properly and completely abused by those that think they have some special rights. I am beyond sick and tired of it. These idiots that have a problem with doge finding fraud, waste and abuse are the same ones that are getting piles of govt money. I love this country, but man I really hate so much of it at the same time

why are yall owing money?

I'd much rather pay out of pocket and write it off as a tax break towards myself/family... than pay the IRS
