Looks like that building was in the midst of being demolished. Looked vacant and it had shielding along the sides. Until confirmed it doesn't look like this has anything to do with the earthquake. I mean, wouldn't that concrete truck be shaking too if this was the result of an earthquake?

Of all the natural disasters, I think I would handle an earthquake the worst. That shite terrifies me for several reasons.

The one in the OP was a new government building under construction in Bangkok. They're saying around 40 construction workers are in the rubble.
