I didn't even know they continued on with this movie. It's gonna bomb hard, right? IMO it was a huge misfire to release this.
The comments on YT are as you'd expect.

Doubt it was ever planned as a major release. Everything that happened probably brings more eyes to the movie.

Drawing a bullseye on failure is no hill to die on. The least you can do is give it a shot. Don't let yourself get triggered.

With how much they'd already invested in it I guess it's worth a shot to finish and release it. Who knows, it might be a real killer at the box office.

Is the song in the trailer “click click boom!”?

His defenders will say that this is done all the time on movie sets. Even if it is true, it is against SAG protocol to point a gun (cold or not) at someone unless it is "absolutely necessary." Baldwin was rehearsing a scene. It would seem like it would be possible to do the rehearsal and line up the shot without someone being in the direct line of fire of his gun. Especially considering that there were supposed reports of guns misfiring on set that were announced as "cold". Baldwin denies he knew about these I'm sure, but I doubt that's true. A portion of the crew walked off set shortly before the incident in protest in part of conditions, including gun safety. I don't see how he could be unaware of that.

Well it seems like ya can't take out any scene featuring a gun in a western like this. I suppose they 2ill uave to replace them with walkie talkies a la E.T.

The fact this turd has a reality show that he's making a single cent from is a travesty.

The theaters will be as lively as a graveyard.
The image of a motionless windmill but with the audible sound of it slowly squeaking just screams 'Manhattan', not the old West. Alec Baldwin has no business being in an rugged late 1800's Americana film.

"No animals were harmed in the making of this movie"

The depiction of the old west is dead on with this one.

Terrible thing to say, but the notoriety might be the best thing to happen to this movie as far as marketing. There will be a morbid curiosity about it... if this is for real.
And I hate to say it, but the imagery from the trailer is better than I expected. I saw some of Bruce Willis' later work that was truly awful, this actually looks decently filmed.

I think as part of the settlement they made her husband an EP so he can get something if it makes any money. But it's not going to make any money unless people go see it out of morbid curiosity. Nobody was waiting around for an Alec Baldwin Western.

Guaranteed he cares more about his little movie than the poor girl he blew away. There's some crappy people in Hollywood but Alec Baldwin is a legit psychopath
