I miss those lunches. The greens and rolls were my favorite.

It only cost a $1.00, and you got a quarter back for returning your tray. I would collect all the trays around and basically get money back.

Me too, and there was no department of education, and public schools have only gotten worse.

I went to public school as well, not NOLA public school, but our lunch was $0.75. That was hell of a deal even in the 90s. A $0.75 lunch. Rolls were great. For the most part we had a decent lunch. The King Cakes were fire.

Haha Ppl will make fun and I know your joking but I got a good education in that system and doing good im a digital creator now and got 2 kids and one of them just got full ride to Southern lol let the haters do what they do best and thats be on the outside looking in
