I sure hope it happens, but I'm sure an environmental group or some group claiming racism will frick it all up. They'll create just enough trouble to convince Hyundai to build it in Texas or some other location. Then all the "enlightened" types can whine about lack of jobs and opportunities.

More likely that too many people will show up trying to get greased off the construction contracts and piss the aisians off enough to pick their ball up and go to Texas with it.

Germans...OT broke this like a year ago. Actually Koreans too. 
But yeah - damn good news for the area. We need to develop more industry along the gift that is this massive deep draft river. That's really our best shot since Louisiana doesn't invest sufficiently in highway infrastructure and education.

From what Ive seen the past month, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai are all starting/changing business plans in the United States to keep production stable. They are also creating jobs for Americans.
I dont know what else to say, they are amazing top to bottom.
You never see them in the news for any political bullshite. They make reliable cars. End of story. I will always own a Toyota.

Don't forget the group PT in the morning. It's more like stretching, but they even did it at supplier plants in the middle of nearly nowhere in Korea. One team, one spirit, sort of stuff.
