Nope, he's not what he used to be but he could do well with a team like the Steelers. They run the ball and play good defense. This could be a very good move for them.

Favre's career > Rodgers' career

I would still take Rodgers over Russell Wilson
This is probably Tomlin's last stand, he's made a living off being average record wise

He is gonna have to change his whole way of doing things if he is gonna make it work with Tomlin. Plus he is nothing close to what he was. I’d go with a different QB like Winston.

The more I've thought about it, the more I'm on board with this, granted he's not there for more than two years and we have a succession plan.

Out of all of the available QB's available, he's the best of the bunch and I do think he has another year or two in the tank..

It'll be interesting to see the dynamic between him and Tomlin.

Hard to think of a worse fit than the way Tomlin/Steelers do things and Aaron

The guy is like 15th all time in win% out of guys who have won more than 100 games, just behind Andy. Ahead of Hardbaugh, McVay, Payton, Carrell, etc. Definitely not average record wise.

I want to see who wins the "we don't throw over the middle" battle between Tomlin and AR.

Run the ball with who? Their OL sucks. Pitts will never be a contender as long as Tomlin there

He's not washed, but he's old and injury prone. Way better than most better options out there.
