Where is the hole in Tiger line up

through watching this team for the first 21 games 1-9 this is one of the best hitting lineups I have ever seen by LSU. I guess so far this year the only weak spot would be Braswell, but it's hard to call him a weak spot after what he did last year and now he looks to be working out of his slump and getting more in rhythm. Maybe you could point to the weak spot as Hernandez, but if a pitcher makes a mistake to him he will park it over the fence or rip the double so I really don't see him as the weak spot either. A lot of baseball to go but this will be an exciting team to watch for sure and I think this will go down as a special team.

If Braswell can pick it up in conference play we don't really have a major hole

Hernandez has been steady but he still gives me a little pause. The pitching only gets better from here on, so this weekend will tell a lot.
Braswell has faced and fared well against top level pitching in his career and I still expect a platoon with him and Reeves based on pitching matchup.
While this lineup is probably the most well rounded LSU has had in a while, the most impressive thing to me is the depth behind the regulars. With the exception of maybe catcher (just mainly because Arrambide's defense has been pretty suspect), every position has a pretty good bat waiting in the wings.

Usually in the past Pitching would be a concern. But my god these guys are 10 deep on the mound. Maybe better than that. I'm not worried about Braswell either he hits the ball hard and solid. He will start finding the holes and will be 300 batter.

Way too early to be saying this. With some of the younger guys in the lineup in SEC play you're going to see struggles at some point.
I'm more concerned with pitching at this point but hitting wouldn't shock me to see a few of these guys hit a slump against stiffer competition. I have liked what I've seen in this lineup though.

Hernandez & Stanfield, if you want to call them holes.

Somebody needs to show Stanfield how to wear a baseball helmet.

Paxton Kling and Jones as freshman were crushing the ball until SEC play….

I'm waiting to see how Stanfield holds up vs SEC pitching. He is hitting .317 right now but was at .276 and .274 the last 2 seasons at Auburn. He has already drawn 14 walks this season compared to 24 last season and 18 the season before with 3x the at bats that he has right now. No reason to think that he can't stay at or above .300. Seems like he has progressed thus far being at an elite program.

Pitching…. Outside of Anderson, Evans, and Cowan.

THIS. Weekend series will tell us alot about the guys at the plate and on the bump in front of a loud, hostile crowd. I would bet most of our your P's will have not pitched in this type of environment. Their ability to slow it down and hit their spots will be critical. Balls out Tigers!

He reminds me of Willie Mayes Hayes

This.
We do this every year where we think everyone not only in the lineup but on the bench is an all star because they found success at the plate in the OOC portion.
Someone will inevitably falter over the next month-plus simply because the quality in competition on the mound is about to skyrocket.
