Don't really care... A private business can do whatever they want and serve whomever they want.

You seem to hate the Constitution as much as that bartender hates Trump.
"We reserve the right to deny service to anyone"
Freedom of association.
The little novelty bat was a bit much, but apparently the (unwanted) customer was refusing to leave.

Pretty sure I’ve been there in January 2023.
Edit: Nah, I looked at pics of the front of it and I wouldn’t have gone there.

Why would you want to spend your money there anyway.

Sure, but those cases were about sexuality and gender, which the courts believes are protected categories. Political ideology hasn't reached that threshold.
Just so we're clear, the people that are bringing those lawsuits against the bakery are worthless dicks that deserve to rot in a ditch.

I don't mind this. I appreciate that if I owned a business I could tell retarded libs to get the frick out the moment they walked through the door.

Who cares what it was about? A customer was denied service because of a particular belief/ideology, and this is supposed to be America. Did she do this intentionally? Probably. But the Activists in Colorado absolutely targeted that baker.

I agree with this premise. But I wonder why it is different when someone on the right does this, like the baker who didn't want to make a cake for a gay wedding because of their religious beliefs. Don't get me wrong, I'm not triggered by this. Like you said, they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Fair enough. It's just (d)ifferent when it's the other way around.

Now imagine that this happened at a honkytonk in TX to a 'transgender' wearing a free palestine tshirt,
Hmmmmmmm
