Sure attractive women exist but few have any substance . Just tits. They’re not exactly bringing much to the table themselves in the personality department

Stay dangerously far from this type if you are even qualified enough to go on a date with her. She is the type to act super interested in the date, text non-stop that night after, then the next day not text at all, then after 3 days of her not responding, she'll send the infamous "I just didn't feel an emotional connection." Then she may text again to dangle the line and set the hook, only to not text back again when she's reeled you in.
They have the constant mindset of "the next one is the best one." Then the next one didn't quite meet expectations, oh but for sure the next one will really be the one. "Oh wait, I didn't really like how he said he laughed at the waitress joke, that means he doesn't respect women."
She will be single at 35. I'd bet a ton of money on it. Despite having unlimited opportunity, she will somehow be single at 35. If you somehow manage to land her, pre-nup or you'll be taken to the cleaners.
