Based upon their activities (events, statements, fundraising, media tours, etc) these are your candidates for the Democrat nomination for president in 2028:
Gavin Newsom
Pete Buttigieg
Tim Waltz
Newsom
- he is going to sell himself as a moderate, tout his experience, and ask you to ignore his record; he will court outside his base
Buttigieg
- he is going to continue preaching to and selling the Marxist base; he will tout his military record and push a neocon war philosophy
Waltz
- he is going to push more Biden Harris; says they had the right ideas and record they just didn’t sell it right; plans to promote through TikTok and town halls

Pete has also been trying the centrist talking points out recently, about how the DNC needs to focus less on "identity" politics (as if that fig would have ever been secretary of transportation if he werent gay)
If thats the best the DNC has to offer, it doesnt matter who the GOP runs. Will be a landslide.
The scariest DNC candidate in my view as of right now is Shapiro. He would win Pennsylvania, and I think he would do strong in Wisconsin and Michigan.
